Celebrating Thanksgiving with His Majesty

Our family enjoyed a very relaxing and peaceful Thanksgiving this past week. We opted to stay at home so we could be well rested and ready for all of our Christmas Teas which are coming up in the next two weeks. Like many of you, we had the usual Thanksgiving fare, the roasted turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, cornbread stuffing, cranberry sauce...yummm...but what made our Thanksgiving extra special this year was using our newly acquired vintage dishes, "His Majesty." I was tickled pink this past January when I found this lovely set for 8, and although I had to wait nearly 11 months to use them....it was worth the wait!!

Candy Cane Chai

After making a pot of Candy Cane Chai the other day, I ran downstairs to grab something, upon my return this little guy was helping himself! As a matter of fact, there were 3 others partaking in the pot, leaving me only a couple of sips! This delicious tea is a wonderful blend of aromatic spices and fragrant peppermint...it will for sure be a winner in your tea pantry this Holiday.
